Half Sheet Brownies: Extra chewy with pecans (or walnuts).
This product is ready for small shops, caterers, or food service
accounts. Can be topped with
either Donut Sugar or iced with one of your favorite RTU Icings:
Chocolate Fudge, Cream Cheese, Caramel Dip, or German Chocolate. Merchandising
Hint: Last week I saw
brownies like these, uniced, cut 3 x 3, stacked on Top of each other in a
Poly Prop Bag with a Retail Price for 4/$11.95.
I also have sold these brownies cut out with a large heart cookie
cutter, powdered sugar, wrapped with film – and they fly off the counter
at between $3.99 and $4.99. The
“scraps” work for sampling!
Carrot Cake – Gourmet:
This cake is the real deal. Perfect
spicing, raisins, pineapple and walnuts – and beautiful chips of carrot.
Compare to best on the market and be proud.
The RTU Cream Cheese Icing will make everybody happy.
This comes in Full Sheets (heavy), half sheet, and Jumbo Cupcakes.
Merchandising Hint:
Make Gourmet Carrot Cake Bars out of the half or full sheets, fill
a pastry bag with RTU Cream Cheese Icing and you will be amazed how fast
you can create a new product with what you already have.
Don’t forget to sell the colored orange and green icing for the
garnish on top.
Jumbo Cupcakes: Which
is your favorite? White,
Yellow, Chocolate, Raspberry, Red Velvet, or Carrot?
Pick one. You are
covered. Your best cake mixes
in a form your customers love. Think
fillings – you have them and your customers need them.
For the shops that have donut fillers, it is a simple shot through
the top. How fancy can the
retailers get? Maybe Raspberry
with Do-Bosh filling topped with Chocolate Ganache. Gourmet!
Or a refreshing Yellow cupcake with lemon filling or chocolate
butter crème? Merchandising
Hint: Expand your Jumbo
Cupcake Line with Red Velvet and German Chocolate to complement your
Carrot Cake and you have a complete product line, upscale, fast, and
wonderful. Supply the fillings
and icings and you get the opportunity to make your customers into Heroes.
Don’t forget to sell the 4 count carry-out package!
Full Sheets – Heavy: White
and Red Velvet are scaled at a whopping 176 ounces (11 lbs), Carrot is
scaled at 208 ounces (13 lbs). The
result is a graduation cake that is as outstanding as the graduates
themselves. Measuring almost 2
inches thick, this has “Professional Baker” written all over it.
This cake should retail for $100 or more when decorated.
For a Wedding-On-the-Run or a Celebration of Life, here is the real
deal. Easy to decorate.
This cake is packed one per box, allowing the customer perfect
inventory control. Merchandising
Hint: Please make sure to add on upscale boxes, pads, and fillings to
be part of the sales package. The
customer who has decorating talent but is a little weak in baking skill
will be an ideal sales opportunity. The
new Gourmet Fillings – like the Raspberry - is an easy add on for the
customer. These items will move quickly from impulse to a demand item for
your customers since the quality is much higher than the regular cake in
the marketplace.
Stacked Celebration Cakes The hottest cake combo in the
marketplace. One box
containing a set of two 6” layers and two 10” layers – either White
or Chocolate - ready for some of the neat Deco Pac or Bakery Craft kits.
Add a 12” 2 layer in white and you have a 3 tier wedding cake
ready to go. The layers
measure about 3 ¾” thick and flat, ready to ice.
Read your bakery trade journals, and see this is “in.”
Grandparents are spending $60 to $100 on each order (no such word
as “recession” when spending on your grandkids)!
As wedding cakes, you have 100 servings of cake pronto!
